I really liked how the different aspects of this outfit came together when I wore it. This was what I dressed in about a week ago, I just hadn't gotten a chance to put it up here yet. 

My course is crazy in the best possible way. I'm constantly busy in all aspects of my life and, though exhausted at the end of each day, I love the satisfaction from being able to say I achieved something.

Necklace - Paua shell on a chain

By the way, I still haven't repeated an outfit yet, resolution upheld so far!

Tentative Beginnings

Hey, hi, hello,

So I have a thing I should admit, straight off, right now: I'm nervous about starting a blog.

I read blogs all the time and they're so well established. That's great. I just need to get there. And if that means my blog starts off as a number of 'I don't know what I'm doing yet?!' posts, I apologise.

I have the best of intentions for this place on the internet. A place to document my photography, thoughts and projects. I just don't know exactly where to begin. If I shove some photos on here one day and then post a 500 word rant about how much I love Dr Martens the next, will it be any good?

This is an experiment, it may not work out. I don't want to set myself up for failure but the facts are these: I have two other blogs fading into obscurity that I abandoned this time last year. The format of the blogs lost their appeal because I'd attempted to create some kind of structure. Maybe this will be different, I hope this will be different.

As I ramble on, it is always in the back of my mind that people may read this. They may like it or not. The lack of direction for this blog confuses me at this point so if anyone is up for this rollercoaster this blog may take them on... You receive my genuine gratitude.

Will she be back soon? What will be on the blog next? Is the suspense going to wound anyone reading this?

My name is Isabella and I'm a peculiar human being. I'm quite comfortable with this description, it has not been inflicted upon me but embraced.

I'm Australian, a student, an adult [yikes] and a dreamer.

I'm not entirely sure what this blog will become, I [like many humans] have a variety of interests and I'm sure many of them will feature here. 

Anyhow, that's plenty for now. I'm sure there'll be enough of my ramblings here soon enough...
